When entering Counted Qty into the Cycle Count Update form we would like to be able to use the Enter Key in the 10-key of the Keyboard to go to the next record in the same column. (Similar to Syteline 9 on-premise). Right now, we can only use the down arrow key and the response time is very slow, greatly impacting the rhythm, speed and accuracy of inputting this data. The form isn't even responding to some input. When we are doing year-end counts we have 4-5 accountants entering a 1' stack of count sheets for 2 days straight. With the current functionality of the arrow key and slowness we will have to add more staff and added time to input the counts and produce variance reports for the counters. This is a huge downgrade from Syteline 9 on-premise functionality.
