Has anyone found a fast(er) way to build IC04 when needing to build a new Location?

I've had to do this multiple times. I first built the new Location, then downloaded the entire IC04 file from a like Location, changed the Location name on the Excel file and finally uploaded the IC04 files for the new Location using MS Add-Ins.
