Migrating Baan 4c4 from UNIX to Linux and Oracle 9i to 12g

Hello Baan Gurus,

We are required to migrate Baan 4c4 from UNIX to Linux and Oracle DB 9i to 12g for various reasons. Anyone has detailed step by step process in order to get to the target state? Steps doesn't have to be Linux and Oracle specific. Thank you.

Hi,

on getting tentative steps for baan4c4 migration.



Here make a note that Oracle 12.1 is supported with minimum Porting Set 8.9a.04 with RHEL 6 / SLES 11 and

Oracle 12.2 is supported with minimum Porting Set 9.1c.01 with RHEL 7/SLES 11, 12.



Also it would be good idea to contact Infor Consulting Services as they are the expertise in doing these migrations in least possible time.
