I am trying to find someone that is using or in the process of implementing Cloudsuite V11. I would like to hear if you are having any major issues.

Well I can tell you it isn't easy. The biggest problem you'll run into is dealing with the changes that are constantly evolving. Are you starting an new conversion? Where you already using Lawson? If so, which version?

We are in the process of implementing. We are using McKesson HEMM. I just feel like the software is not fully working yet. When we have an issue, Infor takes a look and tells us that an update should be coming out to fix that issue. I feel like a beta tester.

I'm not well versed with McKesson ERP. Our conversion was 6mos. ago We moved from Lawson 10. So there was some similarities. Are you making the change by yourself or using a 3rd party? As far as feeling like an Beta tester, well in a sense you are. Which can be useful in that you can at least design in what you want. ( well somewhat). Now I have a question for you. What is the problem(s) you're having?

Good evening! I am sorry to hear that you are having challenges in your implementation. I would like to reach out and try and help. First things first, it would help to understand which clients you are from and who you are working with from an implementation standpoint. Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management 11 is a relatively new product offering, even though it was constructed using the Lawson S3 10 product as a base. But it is an entirely new platform and we are working quickly to mature the solution. If you are familiar with the Lawson S3 product - that was a solution with 30+ years of maturation through the implementation and everyday use by thousands of clients. With v11, we are a year or so into the rollout, with 6 customers live and another 40 or so underway. So this is not a beta solution, far from it - but it is one that customers should expect a heightened level of updates as we exercise more and more real world customer implementation needs and scenarios. To assist our early customers, we have a very strong infrastructure setup internally to support not only ICS-based implementations, but also Partner projects as well. The teams working on your respective projects should have access to that infrastructure to help address any concerns that you may have.

For example - we have a live healthcare customer on v11 who is heavily using the SCM modules every day and is very referenceable. We would be happy to connect you with them so that you can discuss any questions or concerns. We also have a v11 customer forum that meets every other week where we bring together v11 customers with their peers so that they can leverage each other's experience and collaborate on potential product enhancements. We can certainly get you connected into that group so that you can begin to network with those companies similar to you that are also using the v11 solution.

Most importantly though, lets get to the details of your issues. I would be happy to review and respond, as well as collaborate with your implementation team, so as to better your implementation experience on the product. Please let me know your specific concerns, any incidents or JTs that you may already have open, or anything else that we can do to help. If a call would be more helpful, we can certainly get that arranged - just let me know.
