We are having trouble setting up a carryover limit on an Absence Management plan. The plan accrues monthly, moves to available yearly on hire date. At that transfer of time any hours in available immediately prior to the transfer we want to move to the carryover balance and if unused in 3 weeks become lost. The problem we are having is all the available time transfers to carryover; the time remaining or originally in available as well as the time just transferred into available.
