I was wondering if and how others track bonus information in Lawson? I am looking in terms of historical purposes to store the amount and date of the bonus.

Hi Kathaleen - are you guys manually calculating the amount due at term? Or have you found a way to tick it down in the system? We are looking to track our commitments and prorate the amount due from the employee at term as well. Thank you!
We use PA27 to track bonus types and amounts. Process Automation sends an email to recruiters when it is due within 7 days so they can verify and request payment. Description field indicates the amount due.
Hi Margo, are you also tracking the commitment? And prorating the repayment upon termination if they have not met the time commitment? And if so, are you doing this part manually?
I believe that HR is just calculating that manually.
The PA27 tracks the original date and amount given for the recruitment bonus. We then have a report/smart note when the employee terms that alerts HR and Payroll. They currently manually calculate what the employee owes, but I am working on getting that calculation in to the Smart Notification.
