New 4GL program runs from LID, but not found in portal

We are attempting to debug an ACA issue and created a 4GL program (SOFF) in BN. It works just fine in LID (lapm PL soff), however my user doesn't have LID. In portal we (user and myself) keep getting "No programs or bookmarks were found for 'SOFF'." I've gone into security and added program 'SOFF' and token 'SOFF.1' to the security class, what am I missing?

Did you perform an IOS Cache Refresh?

Make sure to add the new app to a security class you have access to. Both SOFF and SOFF.1. After, clear IOSCache. If that does not work, your timed LSF server refresh may be interfering with the process. In LSF, use the Server panel and force a refresh.

IOS Cache Refresh did the trick! I had already refreshed the cache on the server (test box) to no avail. Sticky note note now on monitor "4GL- IOS CACHE REFRESH".

Another thing to keep in mind, if the app is actively used, your OS may not immediately release it from buffered memory. This means even with a new object established, users are using old app. Sometimes, you have to keep it from memory, then IOS Cache refresh.

And yet another thing: If you want it automatically recompiled with a cobcmp or other Infor/Lawson compilation tools, set the "Allow Generation for" and "In Production on" fields to whatever your Lawson-delivered programs are set at.
