We starting seeing discrepancies in mid-October 2017 in our California State Unemployment Insurance calculations on some random employees. The discrepancies are showing higher than expected SUI totals on some employees, but not on others with the same pay codes. It coincidentally began after we installed BSI 10.q... and have since updated to BSI 10.r, but due to the inconsistencies are unable to pin down the source of the problem. Infor Xtreme ticket logged but not getting much traction after 2 weeks ... still researching.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
