LTM v 10.2 or 11.0 - 'No Resource Assigned' on Work Assignment

Wondering if anyone has this issue.

We had it in 10.2 and upgraded to 11.0.0.27 and still have the issue.

I'll summarize-

Open manager position

Staff show no resource assigned (all normal)

Put someone into that position with effective date today or backdated and the new name shows on work assignments for staff 'sally smith'   (all normal)

IF it is a future dated transfer/promotion the work assignments don't update... remain as 'no resource assigned'

 

The remedy for this in 10.2 was to run the rebuild manager snapshot but was told to get on 11.0.

We have same issue and had to use support to find out how to get the snapshot utility back on utility menu to run it to fix it.

Just curious if anyone else functions with future dated transfers/promotions that has noticed this issue

Not sure if this is still an issue but I will answer anyway.  In order to see "future dated transactions" you need to change the "Set 'As of Date' to the future.  By default, it is set to today.  In Rich Client click Start --> Set 'As of Date'.  In WebApplet click on your name and then Set 'As of Date'.  Don't forget to change it back.
