PR197 error: Invalid Parameters - "Process Level 0301 has not completed payroll cycle."

Greetings all,

We are trying to close our payroll via PR197, and we get the following error  "Process Level 0301 has not completed payroll cycle.". We checked PR00 and the astrix under Earnings Deductions for 301 is missing. We dumped the TIMERECORD table and found one employee with 3 records in error. But this employee was on the PR140 and PR141 and was included on in the ACH file sent to the bank.

Anyone know how to proceed?

Happy New Year Ky! How you proceed depends on what you want/need to do (i.e. is the employee with records in error correct or not). Once you know that, if it were me, I would open a support case with Xtreme, saying that your payroll is down. My experience is that when payroll is down, Xtreme is really good about connecting you quickly to the right people, who will you through the steps needed to achieve your desired result. It will reduce your stress, and you will know exactly what to do next time.
