BN299 Error

Receiving this error when running BN299 this year. Any thoughts on how to resolve? Appreciate your expertise.

Not sure if it is related but when I run a BN299 I get the error "Filename cannot contain spaces". This only started to occur after the ACA CTPs were applied. During a recent call with Lawson on a different issue this error was brought up and Lawson acknowledged there is a known issue with BN299 and a JT is being worked on and should be available in a couple weeks. (That was on 12/22/17)

For the 'filename cannot have spaces' error that's resolved. The fix is with JT-1098173 - CTP117010 in KB: 1956884.

The tricky part is that KB wasn't flagged with all the right products so it's not viewable to us via a search. The fix came out 12/20 but no one was notified and the ACA kb not updated. If you can't find the ctp in a kb search you'll have to open a ticket to have Support sent the tar and readme files.

I opened a ticket with the KB group and they said we don't have the licenses which match the kb and wouldn't tell me which products were marked on the kb. I'd stated we do have a BN license and that this fix is for a regulatory program, but I was then directed to contact our AE to update/review licenses.

Opening a ticket with Support to get the files if you don't see them would be faster. Hope that helps.

We initially had the filename issue. We loaded the CTP recommended above and now have this issue.
