LTM Find a Coworker

Anyone using the Find A Coworker functionality in LTM?

The delivered functionality has the 'business card' that shows the employee picture and also includes their employee id.

Our organization has issue with showing employee id as 'public' knowledge to search for a phone number.

Wondering if others have this challenge

Do forgive me, if this is a basic question for LTM. We are still at version 10.0.6. Is the 'business card' an inward (intranet) or outward (internet) facing function?

We hid the employee ID information.

It is a field that contains more fields.. this is delivered Infor stuff... you can't edit 'cards' within Config Console

Not sure how else to explain it

fabulous.. how? we had a consultant that said we couldn't unless we didn't use the 'business card' which without the card, you can't see the employee picture

Hi Lori. We've also been unsuccessful in hiding the Employee ID on the business card. Can you please share how you were able to hide it? The only alternative we found was to remove the business card, and add back certain fields that were on the card, to the list view. Thank you.
