Use Ctrl-Shift-O on any field on IC81. In the lower left footer, you'll see the field-name, preceded by the table short name --- not sure if it's called that, but it's three characters to represent the table name. Ex: APD = APDISTRIB. If you don't know what the short name is referring to, you can enter it into the add-ins query screen, on the fields tab, where it indicates Table Prefix Translation (so I guess it's called a table prefix!)
