Add Ins Error

Microsoft Add Ins keep sporadically throwing an error that says "ERROR - Excel Error. Out of present range. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000A (DISP_E_OVERFLOW)). We have rebooted the PC's but are not having any luck getting around this error. Has anyone received this and know how to fix it?

We have not. Have you tried uninstall-install? And when you say sporadic, same file (no modification), will load the next time? I have seen similar error but some rows will at least load.

Make sure your Adds-in version and Office version matches. aka 32 to 32 and 64 to 64. If you run 32 with 64 you can get odd ball errors.

^^ good point. Just want to stress that the version needs to match your OFFICE install, not your Windows install. We have standard 64-bit Windows install, but 32-bit Office install. We use the 32-bit add-ins.
