MSCM/PO30 Auto Printing

Hi,

Our facility uses MSCM for receiving and delivery as well as PO30. Currently, when our end users receive a shipment via the MSCM handheld it prints a delivery document (which is good) but it's also printing a PO30 receipt document. Does any one know, is there a way to shut off PO30 auto printing when the delivery is received via the MSCM handheld? We want to continue auto printing the delivery document from the handheld, but want to stop the printing of the PO30 documents unless the receipt is done via PO30 directly.

Hi John,



Currently the only way to disable the Back-Office PO Receiving (PO30) Receiving Delivery and Putaway (PO134) delivery ticket is to remove* the printer from PO Receiving (PO30) or create a dummy printer to stop the back-office delivery ticket from printing.



*Removing the printer from PO Receiving (PO30) only works if the user does not have a default printer assigned to them. After being removed, the default printer will simply populate back in the field upon clicking change.



We have an enhancement submitted to make this process easier, but I do not have an ETA for when we will be able to address it.
