We are setting up a "non-stock" location for items that RQC users order that we want to be delivered to one physical location. These come in UPS and we want to reduce handling of the items so the intent is to have them delivered directly to the hospital dock. The stocked items are being sourced from our off-site warehouse. Today, all items are set up in warehouse location. What is the best way to set up RQC to make it more streamlined for the users to order product, i.e.. two location templates, one for stock and another one for non-stock, one company template or some other way. One of the concerns is that some of the users do not consistently use their templates, so if they search the catalog they can only see the default location they are assigned. We are on version 10.
Any other considerations we should be aware of?
