ACA Offers Issue

Hi,

I noticed that the ACA Offers was incomplete for 2017. I tried updating the ACA Offers using BN531 and BN929. BN531 worked, but I noticed the Employee cost was $0.00 for the selected records that I uploaded. I haven't been able to run BN929 successfully. Here is the BN929 selection screen and result:

When you ran BN531, were BN32 and BN29 records created? How many plans were they eligible to participate in? Is the HL65 your lowest cost plan?

Hi Margie,

Thank you for your reply. The employees' BN32 records were already created. I ran the BN531 using the (C)hange option. The BN29 records were created when I ran BN531. HL65 is one of 4 plans with no-cost options to the employee. The employee in that plan that I tested, however, had selected an option with a cost. In all the company has 15 plans (including Waiver)- of which 4 have no-cost options.

In your BN929 screen shot, it looks like you were running it for HL65. Is the plan they selected not showing a cost on BN29?

For year 2017, BN29 is not showing a cost for the selected employees, although they selected an option with a cost. When I look at their 2016 BN29 record, the plan cost to the employee is included. In 2016 the records were loaded using BN729.
