security role for PO72

I have been asked to give a user Inquire only on PO28 and PO72. The role I created for PO28 works just fine. The role that I created for PO72 does not. When the user types in PO72 the message says this pgm doesn't exist. I have deleted the rule and re-added it Is there something else they need security to besides PO72 to make this work? Thank you.

I have refreshed in LSA and in Mingle. I have also cleared all the cache on the users computer.

Maybe they need Inq access to PO00.1 which is the Procurement Group screen

Did you verify that PGM of PO72 and PO72.1 are both in the class? Also since This form is by design inquiry only there is no need to make it inquiry only.

I added PO00 and PO00.1 to the role and they still can't access PO72. Any other ideas of what else could be missing?

Since the look up is on PO Item Vendor, they may need Inquiry to PO13.1

I have PO00, PO00.1, PO13, PO13.1, PO72, and PO72.1 in the security class and still get the error message

I usually look up what screens access on lawsonguru when adding a new screen to an existing security class. It looks like PO72 needs access to the CKPOINT, APVENGROUP, ITEMMAST, POITEMVEN, and PROCUREGRP files (according to www.lawsonguru.com/.../PO72.html).
