Receiving security violation on rptgen when using bldxffiles in a flow

I have a flow that executes bldxffiles in a syscmd node.  I am trying to use it to create a csv file for AP275.  When I do this for MM280 it works fine.  Any thoughts on why this works for MM280 and not AP275?  It is using the system user to execute it and I have assigned the SuperAdminRole to it which has rptgen set at All Access.  Thank you.

It looks like the issue is when rptgen tries to create the .grp and .prop files. The user that is being used is system. When I run bldxffiles from the command prompt the files get created. If I go back and run the flow it completes successfully. Probably because the files are already created. Any thoughts on why rptgen can't create those files when it is the system user versus the Lawson user? Thank you.
