BN990 Offer Codes and Safe Harbor Codes

Hi,

I am running BN990 using the Options tab in Report mode. I notice that the employees who are enrolled in a Health plan for the entire year are getting an Offer Code of 1H and a Safe Harbor code of 2E. Their BN29 records shows an Offer Code of 1A. Has anyone experience this issue? Thanks!

Yes we are having the same issue. We have a ticket in with Infor but have not had a resolution yet.

Hi Kittie, According to Infor Support the issue is with the Health's plan Safe Harbor Code 2E. This code results to an IRS Offer code of 1H. I was refer to KB 1675095. I don't know how correct this assumption is. Our Health Plans used the same Safe Harbor code last year. Is your Health Plan Safe Harbor code 2E?
