Looking for a recommendation to download the utility seen in the HR YE 2017: ACA 2017 Manual Checksum and Byte Size Example manual.

We're a Windows shop; so, I use this utility from a command line after positioning to the folder that contains the xml file:

certutil –hashfile {filename] SHA256 or MD5

where [filename] is your xml detail file
