BN299 - Incorrect Name Displaying

An incorrect name was initially typed on HR11.1 for the ACA Test Scenario.  The name was corrected on HR11.1 and deleted on HR54 but it is still coming up wrong when the BN299 is run.  Any suggestions where else I can look and correct the name?

You should be able to override that on BN27.2 (may also need to do BN96 for covered individuals) or just re-run your BN990.
