User rights report??

I am having a few issues with some users making changes where they should not be. I would like to have a more user friendly version of the user rights report. I have tried to make my own but the rights table even includes users that have been deleted. I would like this to be user friendly so that I can hand off the rights management report to supervisors without having to list out every single executable name and what it translates to.

thoughts?? 6.3.8 btw.

I just took a look after seeing your comment that deleted users are still in the tables. I just deleted a user in a test environment, and behold, the user is still in the USER_SECURITY table. That seems like a bug.

If you join the APPLICATION_USER table, then only your current users will be displayed.

A question similar to this one was posted a while back, and I responded with the query below. It displays which users have access to a given module. I've never used 6.3.8, so I don't know if there were any schema changes in application permissions since then.
