Missing Safe Harbor Code in Month Employee Hired

Curious if anyone has encountered the following issue and how it was resolved. The Safe Harbor Code is missing for new hires only when they are hired on the last day of the month.

I've had the same issue the last 2 years! I've just been manually fixing them on BN27.2....

FYI...I opened a case with Infor. If they can replicate the issue they will create a JT but it will not be ready by March 2nd. As a work around use BN27.2 to correct.

I checked with out Benefits/Comp team who did the coding review on our forms and sure enough they experienced this very same issue!
