For 2017 ACA reporting, we noticed when an employee who was hired in 2016 as part-time and then moved to full-time in April 2017 and obtained benefit eligibility May 1st, that Safe Harbor Codes were missing for the months January - April.
Line 14: 1H Jan-April and 1A May-Dec
Line 16: blank Jan-April, expecting to see to see 2D and blank May-Dec (expected)
