Has any one else had an issue with people that became employed for 1 year in 2017 and the 1095 not putting the correct codes? These people are just started their stability period in 2017 because they were new hires in 2016 and it seems like the wrong codes are being entered. The 1095 is saying they were offered coverage for the entire year - 2017, but that can't be correct. Should it be 1H until they were offered??
