How are others handling phone number updates in GHR and keeping them in sync with S3? There are currently only 2 phone numbers passed back to S3, PreferredNonWork number and Work Phone, but we need to update other phone numbers we store on HR20, pagers, cell phones and authorized text phones. Also, sometimes the employee has an actual Home Phone, which isn't their preferred contact phone so that would never get updated in S3.
