Compensation and Performance Management

Any users out there that have implemented Compensation Management and/or Performance Management on the landmark platform? We are looking to implement and wondered if any one is live and if so, what went well and what would you do differently?

Hi Cindy -

We are using some of the Compensation Mgmt functionality. We are using the Special Incentives function for special bonuses (like relocation, sign-on, quarterly incentives, etc.), interim pay, and for loan forgiveness). We have no plans for using the additional functions at this time.

We have also implemented Performance Management. We are currently using it for 30/60/90/180 day appraisals for onboarding touch-points. We have not yet rolled out our annual appraisal (designed as a twice a year touch-point with forward-looking goals) as we need to address some internal issues before we can do so.

Ruth, are your 30/60/90/180 day appraisals a standalone process or are you triggering it from Transition Management?

We're not currently using Transition Management. We have the appraisal creation triggered by date of hire and date of transfer.
