I received an interesting reporting request, and I don't think Lawson's going to be able to help me.
I need to come up with a complete listing of supervisors who have been terminated the last two years. I can come up with a complete listing of employees who have terminated in the last two years, no problem.
However, the only way I know to determine if someone is a supervisor is by linking them to the HRSUPER table. The glaring problem with that, is that HRSUPER only links to employees currently in supervisor positions. Obviously, the supervisor record for a terminated employee would have since been reassigned to an active employee, breaking that link to the terminated employee.
Anyone have any suggestions?
