I'd like to know if this is possible as well. I've tried to make a PA52 upload template for "Special Processing" but since reversing actions take the extra "Reverse Action" button click, I haven't been able to do this as a successful upload. I have had success with using "Combine with History" actions so that might be an option depending on what needs changed with your data.

Infor should find a way for Mass Reversals. I cant be the only one making errors. LOL.

This may not be quite "legal", but is there any way that someone can go on HR10 and uncheck the "Action" box for the status code field for you so that, temporarily, it would not have to be updated by a personnel action? Then you could update the employees' codes with an HR11 upload. You'd still have history in the HRHISTORY table.

I can actually do that myself but of course I didn't think about it before I started this massive undertaking. I am just about finish. Whew. Thanks for the suggestion.

I find it easier to use hr511 (csv) upload to change data on hr11. It will log all the changes. Addins is great but I think the HR / PR system is better updated thru an interface. If I can help call me at 212-598-6882.

The file format is an excel file on the support you can download.

Hi.. this is also something I have tried many times to do and have been unsuccessful. If anyone does find a way to make it work and would be willing to share I would greatly appreciate it.. I will keep trying and if I figure anything out will post it here.

Not sure if this would be of help, but you can download Add-in samples from Extreme and within the download are two add-ins to upload Corrections through PA54.1. One sample is to create the header and the other the detailed lines. It appears it will handle deletes and changes.

Thanks... what I am wanting to do is run an action to change status on over 1000 employees loaded in a non-pay status for a merger we are working on. The non-pay status did not set up their PR13 record.. If I do a status change to a pay status code.. it sets up their PR13 and then I reversed the action so it put them back into their non-pay status.. This also removed the 2 actions from history, which looks cleaner.. If I have to I can just do 2 actions but was hoping if I could get the reversal one to work the record would just look cleaner and there wouldn't be issues with different status codes for the same effective date .. which in the past caused issued on the BN100. I don't know if making changes directly on PA54 would turn on the PR13 screens..

Bmoore, I would like to have it also. I had to manually make changes on a lot of the reversal problems. right now the history looks awful because everything I try and use the reversal button for adds another record.
