I have learned through previous chat sessions with Infor that you can “change” PA22 via Add-In ONLY by adding a new line (where FC=A). You cannot change an existing line (where FC=C; ex: change a renewal date).
The Infor chat contact directed me to KB 1194469. Resolution notes are as follows:
Unfortunately, this is a limitation of this form when using Microsoft Addins (MOA) to upload. MOA will allow you to add the certification codes for the employee, but because there is no "Position To" field directly on the form or hidden within the COBOL code, you will not be able to use Addins to "change" a certification. The "Position To" field allows MOA to find the correct record to "change." An example of a form that has the "Position To" field directly on the form is PR20.2 (Pay Summary Group). There are other forms where the "Position To" is hidden within the code. You can determine this by doing a select down on the mapping in the upload wizard and looking for PT fields.

I created an upload in v10 that will update existing certification renewal dates without having to add a new record. It works if you use the following fields and "change only". Fields to include in the upload are: f9,CER-COMPANY; f11,CER-EMPLOYEE; f18:0,LINE-FC1; f19:0,CER-CODE1; f22:0,CER-RENEW-DATE1; f44:0,CER-SEQ-NBR1.
