MS addins Record(s) will be deleted; OK to continue (_f1)

I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out what hidden field I need to add to my query. We loaded annual review rate changes yesterday and HR came back and said they gave me the wrong start date. I am trying to delete the history record with the wrong date so I can load the new date. I downloaded the template for HR54 from the INFOR website and it only has one hidden field. When I load the data as a D in the field code and change on the upload, it returns Record(s) will be deleted; OK to continue (_f1). I assume this is due to a hidden field. I have HRH-FLD-NBR1 (29r0) in the list. What am I missing?

I think you have to add one of the PT-XMIT fields(PT-XMIT-CHG) and put a 1 in the value. I have had to do something like that on a different screen upload.

It's usually XMIT-IMMED=1

There are quite a few "XMIT" fields on HR54.1. The most likely one for deleting would be sending a 1 to nbr="_f10" nm="PT-XMIT-DEL.

I believe PT-XMIT-DEL is going to work. I got the message about most recent history. I will have to load the new date before I can proceed. Thank you both!
