PO520 Interface Question

I am developing PO520 interface to import non-Lawson POs.  One question is about PO comments.  Does anyone have information on how do I import comments (P or I) to PO Header Comment?

I got pass PO comments. I have a related question on auto generating PO numbers. Is there an API or web service to retrieve the last used manual range PO number from purchorder table?
