Configuration Console for Performance PDF

Can anyone tell me what Business Class and Page, Form, etc, I can use to Configure the Performance Appraisal PDF? Or how I go about finding it? We just upgraded from TM v10.0 to v11, and the Appraisal PDF no longer shows the Future Goals description (only the title and dates). Thanks!

The summarized one is under the Business class EmployeeAppraisal, AppraisalPDFForm or maybe you are talking about the form creation? If so, we have several & you go there via Rich Client, Admin, Performance. I don't create them but I know that's where they set them up.

It's been almost a year that we upgraded from 10 to 11 and I can't remember all, but I know we do a lot of custom security and configurations and I had to make some security changes and configuration changes because some of the "standards" changed that affected them.

Another thing that doesn't have to do with this but you may want to be sure you do is under utilities there is a Post Uprade Actions icon, then 10.2 to 11.0 and there were several utilities under that we had to run because of different issues and it fixed them but I don't think Appraisals was one of thme.

Okay thank you! But what if you want to actaully edit the way the appraisal forms look in the PDF? For example changing indents or font size or colour
