ERROR: TypeError Number :5007

A few of our users have started getting the below error message when logging in.  They are all on IE11 and we have checked the compatibility view settings and everything looks fine.  We have just started getting this on a few users and suspect it is a setting in their network profile but do not know what to check for.

 

ERROR:  TypeError Number: 5007

Message: Unable to get property 'errorMessageBox' of undefined or nul; reference

Description:  Unable to get property 'errorMessageBox' of undefined or null reference

Function: loadStorage

File: object/PortalConfig.js

 

It looks like they don't have access to the .js file for some reason.  Maybe an IE security setting or something?  Any ideas?

I have seen that type of error before and it usually had to do with cache. We would clear their cache out and it usually resolved it. Also their persistent cache. For IE11 we have it set to Delete Temporary Files on exit. Also, we have started to use Chrome which doesn't give us that error.
