Lawson / Kronos customers - pay rule stored

Looking for Lawson/Kronos customers who store their Kronos payrule field in Lawson. We are currently storing this in an HR11 user field and feeding it to Kronos. Because of the importance of how this calculates pay for our employees we would like to be able to see history on this field (value, datestamp, user, etc) in Lawson but unable to find any history. HREMPUSF contains current value of the user field only and no dates associated with it. Curious where others are storing their Kronos payrule in Lawson.

We don't store the pay rule in Lawson but since you're using a user field, you can set up the field to record history by selecting the History flag for that field on HR04.4 (assuming its an alphanumeric field). It won't give you change made prior to turning the flag on but going forward you'll be saving it to history.

I was going to suggest a similar strategy as Carla. We do use a regular field on the HR11 for the pay rule. We use badge code.

We use position management and store it in a userfield on the position itself. That way we ensure that everyone in that position calculates the same way. Those user fields also have a history flag. Same idea, different method.
