Are you trying to track or pay the sign-on bonus? We use the PA27 to track ours and have Smart Notes to let HR know if an employee terms before fulfilling the terms of the bonus.

We are currently just trying to track it on the HR side. Do you just run the PA227 to notify your payroll department who to pay the sign-on bonus to?

Do you track the amount to be paid in Lawson or only when the bonus will be paid?

We track sign-on bonus on PA16. We use the date field of Expected Return to query to see if they have met their requirements
