Tax Withholding - Employee Self Service

We are currently on the 9.0.1 Lawson S3 version and would like to roll out the Tax Withholding function in ESS soon. Following are several questions I have about this function:

1.) How can I view and or report out on changes done by employees?
2.) Does the system provide notification when an employee that has a garnishment makes a W-4 change?
3.) Does the system send out email notifications to employees and HR/Payroll when a change is submitted like it does for Direct Deposit changes?
4.) Any known issues?

Any information you would like to share about this function would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1. Any of the Lawson reports that display user names will show the user that made the change. Most ESS changes will have the user name logged with their employee number prefixed by a W. If they are a core application user - it will have their regular user id. Sometimes, it will display the user ID associated with your ess user. PA105 is one report. For tax changes it is PR280. I would not recommend running PR280 in update mode or you will lose the history - at least that is my understanding.
2. IF you can extract that information through a query, you can set up IPA to notify you.
3. Vanilla - the system will notify whomever you set up on HS06 (company) to receive that email. We customized the flow to notify the employee and our appropriate PR offices.
4. We have not had many issues that weren't resolved pretty quickly by the Lawson team with regard to the application.

As an additional note, we had additional flows written for life events.
