When I enter Sales, Customer Maintenance, browse on Customer ID, and choose Data, Sql..., the default SQL statement shows "From Customer" with search conditions of "CUSTOMER.ACTIVE_FLAG='Y". This forces the report to only show active customers. I can modify the search condition to "CUSTOMER.ACTIVE_FLAG='Y' or CUSTOMER.ACTIVE_FLAG='N'" which then shows all customers (active or inactive). However, I cannot determine how to save the default to show all customers with flag of yes or no; saving after completion still shows only active customers when I open the browser window again.
I've tried looking under Customer Maintenance in setup logged in as both me and as SYSADM, and cannot find it defaulted anywhere. I'm trying to show all active and inactive customers. Our sister company (running 7.0; we're running 8.0) has the default Sql command set to blank. Any thoughts on how to make this change?
