can't delete user from process flow in rich client

getting an error when trying to delete a process flow user in rich client

 

the error is:

Cannot Delete: At Lease One Associated business Class "Metrics" Exists. 

 

The user has been disabled in ISS and roles and identities removed.

The user must have take action on a flow(s) whose work unit has not been archived or deleted. Until they work units are gone you won't be able to delete the user..
