When do PR Arrears Hit the GL?

Greetings,

Does anyone know when/how payroll arrears hit the GL? Do they hit the GL when the arrears is created or when it is satisfied?

Yes, PR39 deductions. Just wanted to confirm I can delete them without needing to clean anything up on the GL side. Thanks
