We know we're late in asking, but would anyone be willing to share a sample of their ACA Test file with us? We have a test file, but it got rejected and we're not sure if what we're doing to create the new file is correct.
How did you change your SSNs in your test file to be dummy SSNs? Did you edit the file in a text editor and then adjust the checksum in the manifest?
How many test records are we required to have in the ACA test file?
