834 file

We have just implemented GHR benefits. We are having problems with the 834 file when employees waive coverage - it is pushing out an enrollment in the 834 file. Anyone experience this? If so, how did you resolve?

Also, for spouse/dependents who drop coverage, the 834 file is not reflecting an end/term date of coverage for spouse/dependents. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Lori, Are you using the pre-delivered 834 file to do this? Or did you create your own? We are on S3 v10 and moving to V11 multi-tenant. We are currently using custom 4GL programs for the 834 files in S3.

Hello All. We looked at a couple of different methods to create our 834 file, and decided to go with creating a flow in INFOR Process Automation, (IPD). Our TPA requires a lot of changes over the default file that's generated within GHR, so we decided to go custom all the way. We're single-tenant and in the process of moving BN from S3 to GHR.

We are on version 10.06 still and we are using the BN106. I had a programmer with TeamAbsolute to convert the BN106 from Lawson to EDI compatability. Well worth the money spent and very easy to use.
