iCims integration with cloud suite HCM

Hello, wondering if anyone has integrated an iCims hire file with HCM? If so, are there any recommendations, 'gotchas' you can share? Thanks,

We download a report from iCIMS manually with the fields we need and upload the job requisition info into the PA42 job requisition screen (using process flow automation, before automating we used the add-ins upload wizard). we have a small number of approved reqs from icims in a month and it didnt make business sense to develop an interface with them as they quoted us a high flat monthly amount for the interface regardless of the number of transactions.

We are in the process of designing an import from iCIMS for new hires into GHR (LTM). We will use SFTP. Still in development, so not proven yet.

We are S3 version 10, with integrated files. We actually enter information to PA42, then feed iCIMS the needed information for the req. (This due to an internal process where we need the PA42 data for another purpose.) That file is fed hourly; however, if any change is made to PA42, it is not reflected in the file. Any changes to the PA42 need to be entered manually on the iCIMS side. We also get a file back from iCIMS twice a day with the candidate/new hire information which feeds Lawson (PA52) some of the candidate information. Additional candidate information is entered for each new hire before the PA100 is run to populate HR11. This process is done through a process flow. We don't have a high volume of transactions per month so I am not sure how we are billed.

We are getting ready to start our build with iCIMS. Would be interested in any help. We are on version 10 S3. Exciting to see you all have already attempted and accomplished this.

We are about to do the same for Version 10 S3. I am currently working on a mapping document to send to iCIMS project lead.
