Patient charge and Cost amounts

How are users getting the patient cost and their cost of items over to their main computer systems from Lawson. We have Epic. Thanks.

Have you tried using IC526 HL7 extract. It needs IC03 or PC10 setup. I'm thinking about to use it for Lawson to Cerner interface.

Are you just looking to keep the preference cards updated or do you want the items to be correctly charged to a patient during a procedure, case, nursing interaction etc?

we are currently using IC524 to get patient charge amount into Epic. I can use this same interface program to pull the last received cost. We use IC524 for only OR and Cath Lab items to Epic. I have been asked to get cost information on every item for all areas/floors. Should I still use IC524 or is there something better? IE: IC525, IC526, IC527? Our BI dept in Epic wants to run reports based on true costs especially when an item is wasted in OR/Cath Lab
