Leave this page prompt in Ming.le

We are upgrading. Someone noticed a change. I signout, so I do not see this often. When I do, I realize it alerts me that I probably did something I did not want to do.

When you close the tab or browser or navigate off of Ming.le, you get the message "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" The options are "Leave this page" or "Stay on this page." Is there a way to turn this off?

I haven't researched how to eliminate this, however I've seen that message in other applications. It's a browser issue, not specific to Ming.le. I leave it alone. If you want to turn it off, it will probably be a browser setting.

If you select from the top right - where your name is to Sign Out it doesn't give that message. I actually like it as I accidently close out of Chrome sometimes...

I ran a quick check on the problem. In Internet 11, the claim is that this problem occurs when IE 11 is 'not done' when you want to close the window (or tab). To fix it, you are supposed to reset IE 11 to as-delivered, thus eliminating any and all add-ons. I looked at the add-ons list and I didn't add any of them on, they just invited themselves. They also look really important, like "SharePoint Stssync Handler" and some Java(tm) Plug-Ins. So I am just going to put up with the message.

[My understanding of the problem is, the pop-up message occurs because the browser is complaining that there are unfinished processes in the add-ons, so it thinks that it can't close right away. It's worried that something may not be completed. By removing all add-ons, nothing will be running, and the browser should be able to close with a good conscience. I myself am not going to take out the add-ons, because they will jump right back in again and thus it would be a waste of my time.]
