Update flag or date needed for W4 forms

We are new to ESS/MSS and need to do some reporting to determine who needs to fill out a new W4 form. Can anyone tell me what file holds the flag when someone selects the update button when completing the W4 in ESS? There must be a record somewhere with the date.

You can use Employee Deduction Report (PR280) to see the history and who made the change. This may be utilizing PAYDEDMASTR.
