BN19.1 Option Rates upload not uploading all excel rows

I'm trying to upload new premium rates to BN 19.1. Only the first 10 rows of the spreadsheet actually changed the premium. The other rows on the spreadsheet have a Change Complete message but the old premiums are not changed. I used the field Line FC1 in my mapping. How do I get the other rows to upload. Thanks.

Have you made sure that all your rows are included in the rows to process on the Map Columns tab?

They are included in the rows to upload in Add-Ins . I have a FC of A on all of the rows in the excel spreadsheet. Is my upload spreadsheet missing a mapping column.
