Unable to log in to LID: "Access denied - Not Lawson user or administrator"

So we have ONE member of our tech team that is unable to log in to LID on our LSF10 test server.

She gets the error "Access denied - Not Lawson user or administrator". As far as I can tell she has all the same rights as the rest of the team.

I can't find this error in Infor docs, so thought I would post here. Has anyone else gotten this error and if so how did you resolve it?

I am going from memory on this one but feel like there was something about also needing to be admin on the server OS. Might check that real quick to see if others are on the server os as user and then if so, add this person to see if fixes it... again, I feel like I had this issue 2 yrs ago and am just going from memory .. .

Same here, seems at the server OS and the user may need to be part of the Administrator group

Yeah she is a member of all those admin groups - I checked that before posting here. I got this same error when this server was set up last year, even though I have all the *proper* AD memberships, but wound up having to manually add my account locally on the server. My other team members were fine though...same rights as me, but no issues.
So so weird. I never understood why I had to add myself in a "special" way, but now I guess I will have to do the same for her. And it is only on this environment - have not ever had to do that for our other ones (we have 2 for 9.01 and 3 for 10.0) so it is frustrating. Oh well. :-/ I hate these mysteries!
