I'm trying to figure out an issue (support ticket open) but wanted to see if this is the same for others.
i'm seeing the same external candidate actors but just different case. Example
create arbice70@gmail.com and it has that as the email. can then also create Arbice70@gmail.com (just an uppercase) and when entering arbice for the email it does prompt error that it is already in use but if you just change so it starts uppercase Arbice, then it accepts it.
So then I have 2 candidate records that have all the same information... including duplicate email records (email doesn't care about case)
Thoughts on this? I feel like that part should be a bug... but wanted to see what others are experiencing or think about this.
I have over 300 actors that are duplicate but just a letter that is upper vs lower. created different dates but all by Anonymous so I feel like it is definitely the end user creating them that way.
